Sunday Funday Core Work – 1 hour total
I’ve always been the type of runner who just likes to run. Incorporating strength training or core work into my routine is like pulling teeth – there’s usually a lot of screaming involved! This time is going to be different. I’m determined to give Boston everything I have and that means pulling out all stops. So, here goes – core training at its finest!
