Kara’s Training Log: 85 Days to Go

10 mile long run @ 9:49 min/mile pace

I broke this run down into 5K blocks (3 5Ks + 1 final mile= 10 miles done!). The first two blocks felt stellar. The last 5K felt great until half way through. With 2 miles to go, I hit a wall and I hit it hard. I slowed my pace considerably and just tried to finish. Though this wasn’t my best run ever, I finished it and put 10 miles on the books!
