The Humana Rock ‘n’ Roll Chicago Half Marathon returned for its 8th year, with runners getting a surprise from the skies. Thunderstorms halted the race for about 30 minutes, but that didn’t stop runners from enjoying the course, the live music and the experience. The rain surely didn’t stop runner Julia Webb, who set a new half-marathon world record pushing a jogging stroller in a time of 1:22:57 (over 4 minutes faster than the previous record!).
