This February, we are celebrating the leap year with 29 days of plyometrics—otherwise known as our favorite “leaping” exercises. Every day we will share a new move, and we challenge you to add each plyo to the end of your run, workout or simply finish your day on a high note. On Feb. 2, we are all about butt kicks—try 5 on each leg to start.

Follow us @womensrunningmagazine on Instagram and share your success with #LeapwithWR during the month of February! And find all exercises under “Leap Year Challenge” on our homepage.
