Challenge Your Core Strength With This Twisting Move

This move works your abs and obliques—and is a great way to test where you currently are with core strength.

This move—called Lying Windshield Wipers—works your abs, obliques and tests your core strength. Note that this is an advanced move. If you are a beginner, start off with your knees bent, twisting to each side, and work your way up to the advanced position. Try 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
