How long should you really keep your tape on? The length of wear is dependent upon the goal of its use.

If the purpose is to help maintain good mechanics and motion during the run and/or limit pain when running, then it need not be worn after the run is over. However, if pain or fatigue occurs after the run, it may be beneficial to continue wearing the tape for a day or two post-workout.
