Remember that your skin, hair and nails also reflect your diet. In the winter, it’s easy to opt for heavy, rich comfort foods and that second extra-large latte. But battling blah skin starts with drinking plenty of water. And remember to include foods rich in omega-3s, like flaxseed oil, fish oil, chia seeds, walnuts, fish roe (eggs), fatty fish, seafood, soybeans as well as veggies with high water content, like cucumbers, celery, peppers, spinach and cauliflower.
