Hempseed Hummus With Coconut Oil
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
1 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans, drained
½ cup organic hempseed *
4 Tbsp. coconut oil **
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup parsley, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp. sea salt to taste
2 Tbsp. water
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
Serve and garnish with additional parsley.
