February 2018’s Top 10

This month’s top workout tracks cover a healthy span of the musical spectrum. It goes without saying that musical tastes are subjective, but—on a practical basis—there are two distinct advantages to an eclectic offering:

1. If your preferences are particular, more variety means there’s a better chance you’ll find something you like.

2. If your preferences are broad, a series of genre switches in your playlist will provide you with more ways to say engaged during your workout.

With these benefits in mind, the list below offers several possible points of entry. On the remix front, we’ve got R3HAB reworking Jared Leto and company, a five-time world champion DJ tackling a single from Maroon 5 and SZA and a Bruno Mars track updated by Cardi B. In the rock category, there are new singles from Fall Out Boy, Walk the Moon and Blue October. Also noteworthy this month are returns to the top 10 from Wyclef Jean, Pink and Eminem’s follow-up to “Won’t Back Down,” as well as a cabaret-worthy joint from The Fox & The Hounds.

While every month delivers a blend of new tunes, most don’t approach the diversity that this month’s track list encompasses. So, if you’re familiar with the phrase “make hay while the sun shines,” this is your notice: the musical sun is up and the hay of your workout awaits.

Here’s the full top 10 list, according to the votes logged on the workout music site Run Hundred.
