Tip Of The Month
As you look ahead and begin to plan your summer vacation, consider participating in a multiday trail race. The races vary in distance and number of days but are often in some of the most beautiful places in the U.S. and around the world. After runners have finished the running stage for the day, they eat, drink and enjoy each other’s company.
While physically rigorous, these events attract runners of all levels as they hike/run together from day to day, creating memories that will last a lifetime. A few specific ideas: Colorado’s TransRockies Run, Tennessee’s Chattanooga Mountains Stage Race and Utah’s Grand to Grand Ultra!
