SWEET THREADS

Stylist Julika Kade selected Jordin’s awesome outfit: Brooks Epiphany Support Tank II ($54) and Asics PR Runbrief ($22).

DATA SHOT

Yes, you can record a cover shoot in your exercise log. After running toward photographer Scott Draper to nail the perfect cover shot, Jordin joked she was getting a workout: “I need my watch! My heart rate’s going up!”

JAMMIN’ JORDIN

Between shots, Jordin danced to Macklemore’s “Thrift Shop” and Bruno Mars “Locked Out of Heaven.” When the music died down, the crew got a private concert as she sang softly to herself–Women’s Running Editor in Chief, Jessie Sebor, was blown away by her beautiful voice!

SPARKS FLY

Jordin was all smiles when her boyfriend, musician Jason Derulo, stopped by the shoot. The two frequently run together in Miami, where Jason owns a home.

FUELING THE FUN

While being glammed up by hairstylist Varo Lopez and makeup artist Tasha Reiko Brown, Jordin noshed on fruit and crudités “These are the sweetest carrots ever!”—and hydrated with La Croix water, her favorite healthy beverage.
