Wet Your Whistle with Body Glove

Water_filter-full One gadget that
caught my attention at the recent Outdoor Retailer show was a seemingly simple
water bottle – made complex by its self-filtering system. Watersports manufacturer
Body Glove, long known for its extensive range of wetsuits, sports apparel and
accessories, now includes environmentally-conscious water bottles in its
product line.

Given that Body
Glove products are all designed with a connection to outdoor-oriented water
sports, it’s no surprise that the brand is concerned with conserving natural
resources and providing a reusable vessel for clean water consumption. The company
takes the notion a step further by incorporating a filter directly into the
bottle, so that you can transform lackluster and questionably safe tap water
into a refreshing, filtered alternative anywhere, anytime.

The Body Glove
Filtered Sports Bottle
may not be the most fashion forward accessory I’ve
encountered, relying on fairly utilitarian design – but if it helps to protect
our natural environment while supplying delicious and healthy hydration on the
go, then I say sign me up!
