Workout: 6 miles (total) w/ 1 mile @ 5:48

Treadmills were calibrated to simulate the mile of the Boston Marathon course that traverses Heartbreak Hill. In order to set a time to beat, I jumped on the treadmill straight off the plane. I was nervous about the altitude (Salt Lake is high) and the grade (hills, yikes!), but I ended up posting a faster mile than I thought: 5:48!
