Scissor jumps is one of 36 core-strengthening exercises featured in professional triathlete Lesley Paterson’s 6-Minute 6-Pack video series. A two-time Xterra world champion and the 2012 International Triathlon Union (ITU) Cross world champion, Lesley developed the 6-Pack workouts with the pros at Rehab United Physical Therapy in San Diego. The result: a hard-hitting core workout that’s done in just six minutes.
