I’m happy to report that our mothers were wrong: it is not always preferable to wait until after a
meal to enjoy a delicious cookie. In fact, Erin Baker’s Breakfast Cookies
provide ample sustenance for a healthy and portable meal-on-the-go. Not only do
these cookies taste great, they pack a nutritional punch with whole grains,
protein, antioxidants, fiber and complex carbs. Sweetened with real fruit
puree, they’ll satisfy your craving for a treat without the bluff of artificial
empty calories.

I’m actually a huge
fan of all of Erin Baker’s wholesome goodies – the Breakfast Cookies, the
Brownie Bites and the incredible Homestyle Granola (especially the Double
Chocolate flavor – oh so yummy!). Erin began her baking frenzy in 1994, in hopes of providing fast-paced folks with
healthy and nutritious breakfast snacks to suit their busy lifestyles. The
demand for her products grew significantly, and these days Erin Baker’s is a
well-established production bakery located in idyllic Bellingham,Washington.

In addition to crafting
healthy goodies, Erin Baker’s further promotes healthy lifestyle choices by
partnering with the Ironman triathlon series and supporting youth involvement
in athletics and good nutrition through their own Healthy Start Foundation.

Here’s a tip – if
you can’t decide which of the many flavors of Erin Baker’s Breakfast Cookies
might be your favorite, order up a sampler pack and try them all.
