Today was a shake-out-the-weekend swim, and a fun one at that! Good mix of drills and speed, with the new wrinkle of doing kick laps sans kick board. Felt awkward at first and is especially challenging when you forget to breathe!

4 x 400 (1 – pull dps, 2 – build by 100, 3 – stroke finishing drill, 4 – fast for time)
