Back to the pool for 90 minutes of water running. Mixed in speed work, raised arm sets and lateral kicks. Husband came to laugh at my antics for the final ten minutes of my ‘run’. Not appreciated. Have learned to select a middle lane for this workout to reduce chit chat with curious onlookers — while a few minutes of conversation is welcome, it becomes oppressive when someone knows you are going no where for an hour or more! Yes, I’m one of those people who wears headphones and buries my nose in a book on all plane flights.
