Considering I was absolutely famished for the second half of the swim, I think I’m finally over being glutened. Takes longer to recover than I realized. My food thoughts were going no where healthy….ice cream, a burger, gf cookies, bacon. Instead, I was good and had a yummy chocolate, banana, coffee recovery shake.
