It’s Saturday, so you know what that means – ski day! Or, at least it was according to me. We have guests in town, so skiing was top on the list of things to do. I was on tele’s and really focused on deep squats, good form and engaging my core. Decent, not amazing workout, but much happier for it.
Back to the serious grind tomorrow.
