Ah, another go on the elliptical trainer today.
10 minute warm-up
10 x (1 minute fast/1 minute easy)
Up hill progressively harder in 1 minute increments. Peak at 5 minutes, then work back down
10 minute cool down
Best part was wearing the sweet, new Redemption Capris from Skirt Sports. Nice sassy boost!
