What could be better after a sweltering summer run than a cool popsicle. Try these homemade popsicles that not only help you rehydrate, but are made with protein-rich Greek yogurt, nut butter and tart cherry juice to aid in a speedy recovery.

Post-Run Popsicles

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh berries
½ cup tart cherry juice
¼ cup nut butter
¼ cup honey
1 cup Greek Yogurt

Directions:
Blend together tart cherry juice and berries until they form a liquid mixture. Set aside. Mix nut butter and honey together in a separate bowl. Use a popsicle mold that yields 6 popsicles. Alternate pouring in berry mixture, nut butter and honey mixture, and add scoops of greek yogurt. Keep layering until you reach the top of the popsicle molds. Freeze overnight and enjoy after your next run!
