Happy Friday! You made it through the week. Now you deserve a treat. For some, it may be a baked good to celebrate National Donut Day. For others a fun punch is the perfect Friday afternoon treat. Use any summer stone fruits (peaches, apricots, nectarines, cherries, plums) that are in season for you right now. If you aren’t running or racing tomorrow, it’s okay to swap out cider for sparkling wine. We all need a reward sometimes!

Summer Stone Fruit Punch
Serves 4

Ingredients

2 cups diced stone fruit
2 cups apricot juice
1 1/2 cups sparkling cider (or sparkling wine, if you feel inclined!)
1 1/2 cups seltzer

Directions

Combine diced fruit, apricot juice, sparkling cider and seltzer. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses.
