Staci Lupberger, RD, praises Greek yogurt as a low-calorie protein source with “calcium to promote bone health and probiotics to promote gut health.” Yogurt reminded Julia Momose, owner of Chicago cocktail bar Kumiko, of a morning in the tropics eating it with fresh fruit and sipping on tea. The combo inspired her to create this cold, protein-packed recipe. Pineapple juice supercharges this drink: Pineapples are high in bromelain, which stimulates circulation and aids in soft-tissue recovery.
