Every race is different and you never know what kind of nutrition they will have available on course (or when you’ll next a little extra fuel). Whip up a batch of this electrolyte drink at home (or in your hotel) the night before your event and you’ll be prepared for anything out on course. Just don’t forget to put it in your race day bag!

DIY Electrolyte Drink

Ingredients
2 cups coconut water
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. honey
Squeeze of lime

Directions
Put all ingredients in a bottle and give it a few good shakes. Drink immediately or chill overnight.
