A study from Loughborough University of more than 60,000 Europeans reports that cramming your workouts into a weekend has nearly the same benefits—lowering the risk of death—as spreading them over seven days. So if you can’t find time to run during the workweek, join the local club that meets on Saturday or Sunday. How convenient that most races happen then too!
