We are all Braveys.

Heading out the door? Read this article on the new Outside+ app available now on iOS devices for members! Download the app.

To kick-off our brand-new book club (available exclusively to Women’s Running and Active Pass members), we tackled Bravey: Chasing Dreams, Befriending Pain, and Other Big Ideas, the new book by award-winning writer, filmmaker, and Olympic athlete Alexi Pappas.

Here, she sits down with Women’s Running Associate Editor Malissa Rodenburg in an intimate and far-reaching conversation covering everything from depression to poetry to a day in the life during the pandemic, as well as answering questions from attendees.
