The beer mile may be a popular challenge among endurance athletes but the event is not for everyone, as Fox Sports’ Katie Nolan discovered. The logistics are simple: chug a beer, run a lap, chug a beer, run a lap until you’ve chugged four beers and ran four laps to complete a mile. The reality is, the task actually isn’t that easy.

Nolan set out to break a beer mile record on her show Garbage Time. However she soon declared the endeavor the “stupidest thing we’ve ever done.” The 35-minute struggle was painful for Katie, but the results are hilarious to watch. Check out the video below.
