Stay on the lookout for these celebrities this Sunday, November 4 as marathoners take to the streets of New York City!
Ruby Aldridge
Model Ruby Aldridge is preparing to tackle her first-ever 26.2 in support of Parkinson’s Foundation—all while following a plant-based diet.
Tiki Barber
All-time rushing leader for the New York Giants and co-host of Tiki and Tierney on CBS Sports Radio, Tiki is a four-time finisher of the TCS New York City Marathon. Barber, who participates in numerous New York Road Runners races throughout the year, will be running as an official Team for Kids Ambassador.
Chase Carter
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2018 model will race through the city’s five boroughs in support of NYRR’s Team for Kids.
Michael Chernow
The chef and Meatball Shop co-founder, a longtime running enthusiast, will be running NYC on behalf of City Harvest.
Daniel Churchill
The celebrity chef who hosted Discovery Channel’s Surfing the Menu and serves as the producer of Feast with Friends will run for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Brian d’Arcy James
As Tony Award-nominated actor Brian d’Arcy James recently explained to ABC7NY, there are a lot of similarities between running and acting—chief among them the importance of maintaining patience!
Megalyn Echikunwoke
The television actress announced plans to run NYC in June and has been training all summer to run for Amref Health Africa.
