Try this variation on the plank from Heather Wilson-Phillips; it's a real waist cincher.

Up your plank game with this move that will trim your waist, while strengthening your core and lower back. The Plank Waist Cincher is simple: start in plank position and then twist your body to the right and left, while holding the plank. See how it’s done in the video above!
