Runners Won’t Get Enough Of This Nostalgic 90’s Playlist

Sometimes all it takes is the perfect song—on the perfect playlist—to get and keep you moving.

There’s nothing quite like listening to a good song to help you power up a hill or to encourage you to hit top speed during the final 400-meter repeat of your workout. Additionally, if you are having a stressful day, there’s nothing like a good playlist—combined with a dose of running induced endorphins—to help you break out of your funk or inspire you to find a solution to your problem.

For those of you who have fond memories of the 90’s: This playlist is for you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
