We’ve all been there: You stop off at a coffee shop after a run and hand the barista sweaty, wet money. They take it of course, but the horrified look on their face says it all. It is pretty gross.

We’ve got a runner hack for you to stash your cash in your pocket or race belt without getting your dollars soaked with sweat and torn.

The Trick:
Empty out an old lip balm tube using a toothpick. Wash with hot water. Roll up your money and stuff it inside!

Now, not only do your dollars stay fresh, it is easier to carry (no bills flying out as you grab your gels) and there is less of a chance that your money could get taken (because people don’t really steal chapstick).
