On occasion, I enjoy posting quotes from real women runners. Whether barely a
beginner, an
experienced elite, or any level in between, all of us gals are
bound together by the common themes of our running experience.

 

Sometimes I feel that I do not think while I am
running. I am sort of in and out of awareness. I take in the scenery that is
around me and all of its beauty. Other times, when I have had a stressful day
at work, I think through what I could have done differently and how can I make
myself a better teacher. I come up with different health topics and activities
for my students to learn while I run. How can I inspire my students to be and
do extraordinary things? – Brandy, 27
