Q: How often is too often to ask my friends and family to come cheer me on at races?
This one is easy: as often as you wish for them to be there. Of course, be understanding when they can’t make it. And, if you race a lot, this will happen more than once. But I think it’s always appropriate to see if the people closest to you would like to come support you. And let’s be real: It’s awesome to have their smiling faces at the finish line!
