There was no try for the 13,000 runners lucky enough to be a part of Disney’s Star Wars Half Marathon weekend. Characters lined the miles through Disneyland Resort at the Star Wars 5k, Star Wars 10K and Star Wars Half Marathon. Women’s winner and Olympic Trials qualifier Annie Bersagel came through in 1:15 wearing a Storm Trooper shirt. Runners brave enough to run the two longer races took home sweet Rebel Challenge Medals too.
