This leap year, celebrate your body by adding a new plyometrics move to your routine for 29 days.

This February, we are celebrating the leap year with 29 days of plyometrics—otherwise known as our favorite “leaping” exercises. Every day we will share a new move, and we challenge you to add each plyo to the end of your run, workout or simply finish your day on a high note. On Feb. 1, we are all about knee highs—try 5 on each leg to start.
