4 recovery miles @ 10:00 min/mile pace

My legs felt heavy during this entire run. While I wasn’t aiming to break any speed records and really just wanted to shake my gams out a bit, I was a little discouraged at the end of this run. I know every run won’t and shouldn’t be faster than the one before, but I expected to be a little further along in my fitness at this point.

I will not get discouraged, I will not get discouraged….
