Stay safe this winter with these toasty tips to keep you running all season long!
Tip#1: Know the symptoms of hypothermia (reduced coordination, slurred speech, severe shivering and fatigue) and frostbite (a patch of skin that’s turned hard, pale and cold to the touch).
Tip #2: For a toasty start, warm running clothes in the dryer before heading out the door!
Tip #3: Before you bundle up, keep in mind that too many clothes are just as bothersome as not enough. So start on the chilly side and aim to be comfortable 10 minutes into your run.
