  1. Roll out on stability ball until you are resting on your shins. Make sure your core is tight and your hips are not sagging toward the ground. Your hands should be directly underneath your shoulders. Check for a 90 degree angle.
  2. Without rocking your arms, use your core and legs to pull your hips in the air. Try to stay on your toes rather than using the bottom of your feet.
  3. Tuck your head between your arms to avoid straining your neck.
  4. Hold for a few seconds, then slowly roll back out to your plank while continually engaging your core.

Build your strength until you can do 10-12 repetitions.
