Rather than live in denial of the cooler temperatures that will come with the impending winter, I’m
doing my best to embrace the onset of the season. With that thought in mind, I
justified an after-work shopping spree to REI to buy myself a warm and fuzzy
treat.
I returned home last evening the proud new owner of a Mossbud Vest from outdoor gear
manufacturer The North Face. I view the Mossbud Vest as more of a fashion piece
than actual active gear, but since no one works out all the time, and since
everyone needs quality apparel for their remaining daily endeavors, I figured
our readers might like to hear about my new find.
If you’re looking for the best cool weather accessory ever, head right out and get your own
Mossbud Vest – it’s an ultra-cozy core-warmer with high style appeal. The
fabric is best described as fleece-meets-faux-fur. It’s super soft and just a
bit unique, but not so elaborate as to be over-the-top. All that, and it’s
still machine washable and highly breathable.
I bought the Mossbud in basic black, but it’s available in a stunning Chili red, along with
three additional colors. I wonder which one will be your favorite?
