Finally, time for some running! Today I did a 5k snowshoe race with my 14-year old daughter. The course was a lollipop loop that climbed about 900 feet for the first half, making for a fun descent on the way back. A slight uphill at the finish was tough, but we crossed the line in 44 minutes and change with smiles on our faces. Running felt good, although I was still aware of my PF. Will keep working on it. Spun it out on the bike for 30 minutes in the evening.
