Whew, forgot how batty you can go while tapering! Total for the week (all were easy): hour on the elliptical, hour on the bike, 90 minute water run, a swim and a late season cross country ski spent trying not to wrench my knees. Oh, plus to visits to Dr. Evil. For a distraction, I’ve switched my diet up a bit and added in more healthy fats. Something I know I should do anyway, but this has been a good jump start.
