Had a date with the elliptical trainer. Exercising inside makes me a bit antsy (huge understatement!), but a great playlist made the time fly — still stuck on Macklemore and Ryan Lewis! I also used this workout to really up my leg turnover.
10 minute warm-up
4 x 4 minutes (minute big strides, minute easy, minute fast strides, minute easy)
12 minutes hill climb, increasing resistance every 2 minutes
12 minutes steady high cadence
5 minute cool down
