I had some Active Release Therapy for my pf yesterday. While I thought scheduling an appointment in advance of my travel, running and snowshoe race was a stroke of brilliance, my doctor thought it was merely admitting I was about to do lots of things I shouldn’t. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, except I’m not getting the x-ray or orthotics he recommended. Anyway, after a lecture and vigorous foot work, decided to switch up my week and take Monday as an off day.
Today was supposed to be a spinning class. But a class suggests social exercise, and I wasn’t in the mood. Instead I spent a peaceful hour spinning alone.
I also recommitted to doing all the exercises and rehab for my pf, stretching, focusing on core work and doing tubing exercises. Time for my foot to get better!
