Yesterday was an easy ski day and today, finally, was a quality long run! Knew it had to happen at some point. I ran 21 miles, 10.5 out on a slight uphill, with a nice downhill, and hefty negative split (!) on the way back. Nutrition and hydration went well, and I was no more sore than I expected to be. Ok, now this is starting to seem plausible!
