Went to see a new PT today. He doesn’t think my heel pain is pf. Instead he thinks its actually my Achilles that hurts due to a tight calf. He did more active release therapy, massaged it with a metal bar/torture device and gave me acupuncture with an electric jolt — that’s quite a surprise when you don’t know what’s coming!
Tried to do a fartlek run after, not my best idea.
