You may not know it, but cold showers actually have some major benefits.

Hot showers can feel delicious—but turning the temperature down has a myriad of benefits. Cold-water stimulus has been found to improve circulation, prevent hair and skin from losing natural oils (common in runners) and decrease uric acid levels, which in turn lowers stress.

Now that spring has sprung, try to end your morning cleaning with a minute of the cold stuff—if nothing else, it will wake you up!
