Running through the cold and snow can be tough on your feet. Dry cold toes are a staple of the season. Shake off winter scales from your feet with a few simple steps:
1. Buff dry feet with a pumice stone or file.
2. Slather on coconut oil.
3. Slip on socks and kick up your legs.
When you wake up in the morning, your feet are sure to be smoother. Bonus: The caprylic acid in coconut oil has been shown to fight fungal infections.
