Green Monster Superfood Smoothie

Serves 2

12 cups coconut water
2 avocado
3 large winter green leaves (Chard, Collards, Kale, Mustard Greens or Escarole)
1 celery stalk, chopped
4 cup fresh mint
Juice of 2 lime or lemon
1-inch piece fresh ginger
2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 cup frozen mango cubes

Place all of the ingredients in a blender container in the order listed. Process until smooth.
