Monkey See, Monkey Do
Mothers who run not only improve their own health, but the health of their children. In a study published in the journal Pediatrics, experts reveal that for every hour a mother is active, her young child is active for ten minutes. Conversely, for every hour a mother is sedentary, her child is inactive for 10.8 minutes.
It sounds like a small amount, but those minutes add up—and lead to lifelong habits.
