If smoothies are the new milkshakes, smoothie bowls are the new cereal. Instead of simply fueling up with grains, this breakfast delivers fruits, veggies, healthy fats, hydration and fiber. It’s filling and nutritious—and yes, it tastes great!

All Green Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seed
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes or granola

Place coconut water, avocado, spinach, hemp and mango into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Top with blueberries and coconut flakes or granola.
